👋 Hey, beautiful souls! It’s been a while since I introduced myself so I thought I’d let you know a bit about me and my work. If you are new here you are so very welcome and I am grateful to connect with you, nau mai haere mai 🍃
If you know me you know that I love being surrounded by nature’s beauty – I live on a rural property surrounded by trees, I am an avid hiker and lover of all animals. The natural world is a constant source of inspiration for my work. Just like the cycles of the seasons and the sky, we too experience periods of growth, transformation, and renewal. 🌱 WE ARE PART OF THE GREAT CYCLE 🌀
One of the things I am most passionate about is guiding women to tap into their inner wisdom and create lives filled with joy, purpose, and authentic connection. Whether it’s through women’s circles, massage therapy, or healing sessions, my goal is to remind you of your innate power and connection to the natural world. WOMEN ARE THE ONLY PORTALS TO THIS REALM. We are Te Whare Tangata - the house of humanity.
Here’s a little more about me:
🌹I have birthed three beautiful children
🌹I have a child with autism
🌹I have lived with disordered eating, anxiety & depression - all things I have alchemised into my teachings.
🌹As is common in Polynesian families, I have been taught massage and body therapy since a child.
🌹I am the eldest of my siblings, the tuakana. This comes with great responsibility in my culture.
🌹I am a proud Ngapuhi woman, my bloodlines weaved from the Ngātokimatawhaorua waka on both sides.
🌹I love learning about other peoples cultures and how they work with nature and the earth mother.
🌹I love te Moana (the ocean) but I have a healthy respect for Tangaroa and his creatures 🦈
🌹I feel at home when I am on a mountain, my maunga is maungataniwha.
I would love for you to drop in to the comments 👇🏽 If there is anything you want to know about me ask below or send a DM✨
