Free pain talk in Bundaberg

We have changed the venue of our monthly meetings and feel like we are going back home to the Bundaberg RSL, 17 Quay St, Bundaberg. We meet upstairs in the library on the last Saturday of the month at 10.30 am. It is free and all are welcome. We have a guest speaker each meeting. We have changed our meeting venue and now meet at the Young Australian Hotel on Perry St, North Bundaberg. This will now be our permanent meeting venue- thanks Young Aussie!

Our next meeting is this Saturday 28/09/24, 10 am for a 10.30 start in the function room. Free to attend. Our guest speaker this month is one of our members Dee who will talk about stress management.

Due to the air conditioning not working in the library at the RSL, we are having our meeting tomorrow at the Young Australian Hotel, Bundaberg North. A little after 10.00am.

Guest Speaker is Mitchell Shorten, physiotherapist and pain educator.

The October support group meeting is tomorrow Saturday 28/10 at 10.30 am, upstairs at the RSL in Quay St Bundaberg. Free to attend. Guest speaker is Occupational Therapist - hand therapy - Barb Ballinger. Everyone is welcome to come hear how hand therapy might help with your arthritis in your hands.
