The big question going around...is when are we going to start taking on bookings 💁

We have been putting together the final touches behind the scenes, we have a location for you all, our infusion pumps & polls have arrived....Everything is coming together nicely.

My bubba boy is almost 2 months old, so at this point we are looking at opening our books up January 2024...Starting the New Year off on a high! 💪

Earlier this week we talked about the importance of staying hydrated 💁

Today...I wanna talk about the quality of our water that we are consuming, is it all equal?

We all can tell the difference between town water & bottle water... True?

It’s a little crazy to think that water has a taste! 🤯😅 But depending on what your water contains, the water definitely has a taste.

I’ve recently learn our bore water that seemed drinkable (even though, we only ever drank our rain water), was actually VERY acidic 🥴

Now…while we only drink our rain water. Rain water can still contain nasties, especially considering we live closely to farm land.

I had seen these incredible water ionisers on social media but couldn’t work out how to purchase one…But now I've got one and I am in LOVE 😍 I couldn't keep this incredible product to myself when this water ioniser as so many incredible health benefits too.

Did you know that our bodies are 60% WATER!

The fact that our bodies are made up of so much water, should say it all 💁 But in case you are unsure why it's so important that we stay hydrated, then I've got you covered.

The recommended water consumption is 3 litres a day 💧 By keeping our bodies hydrated it helps regulate our body temperature, keep our joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver vital nutrients to our cells, and keep organs functioning properly 💪 It also helps improve our quality of sleep, cognition and our moods.

For some it can be difficult keeping up with the recommended water intake, if this sounds like you 💁 Then I've got you covered with our hydration drips.

For those who aren't aware, while our page may seem very active...I am currently deep in newborn blissful as I've not long had a bubba. We endeavour to begin taking on bookings once things have settled down at home...Keep your eyes peeled, will be opened before the end of the year.
