Majority of my people are women… this is true. 💖

However I also hold space for men in community that need to share. 🩵Everyone deserves to be heard.
And did you know that so many men are so used to being interrupted!!

So when having a conversation with a male… give him time… upto 20 seconds sometimes. As their thought process is completely different to ours.
A powerful tool for relationships, the workplace, or just any men in our lives that we love and value.
Give them time to respond, without filling in the gaps. ☮️

I have found that a quick 1/2 hr catch up weekly or fortnightly, keeps everything flowing for the masculine… the gift to be able to hold space for a man willing to share his truth and journey, is an absolute privilege.

It’s actually wonderful to see many more men seeking to know themselves, wanting to learn how to look within, and are really wanting to grown into the best versions of themselves for their loved ones, and for themselves.

I love that men are starting to feel safer to share …this sharing, awareness , evolution…. Is what we like to call the Divine Masculine. 💪🩵💫 Keep going men… The world 🌏 needs more of you in your Healthy Masculine 💪🩵
