This is a safe and peaceful protest. And somehow, its almost go time.
Please keep yourselves safe, bring supports, regulation aids, masks, water and prioritise yourself.
Be aware there may be content shared by those speaking that may be a trauma trigger for some.
There will be Auslan interpreters and please allow space for the deaf community near them.
We have done our best to plan for supports, especially as this is grass roots, volunteer led movement.

Because it is EVERYONE’S NDIS.
Because it is real human lives at stake.
Because any of us can become disabled at any time and need the NDIS.
Because we need a Safe, Fair and Forever NDIS - that is designed with the Disability community, for the Disability community.
Because Disabled Rights are Human Rights.

Never ever thought I would sit through watching politicians behind a news clip but here we are 2025 and I’m watching the senate hearings 🤯
Guess this is what happens when your governments systems lack transparency, accountability and real people pay the price. 🤷‍♀️
I watched the people v robodebt this weekend and let me tell you the contrast between the senate hearings and the documentary 👀 well let’s say I have shifted the hope they will listen to reason and am instead hoping they will realise it’s unethical, breaches the UNCRPD and repeal the bill 🤞
Only way I see a pathway to true co-design and no further harm.
Because YES, there HAVE been participants impacted and we aren’t going away.
