Feeling stressed?
Where focus goes energy flows… in yogic traditions they call this Dhristi. Tony Robbins talks about the choice you have in choosing your focus.
That doesn’t mean you don’t see and focus on the stressful stuff. It does mean that you don’t live with that focus. Focusing on your stress is the 1% of the 💯 and where you spend that other 99% is up to you.
So, when you catch yourself lamenting on the 1% make the conscious choice to shift the remaining 99% on the gifts, the solutions, and your progression rather than regression.
And
Keep adjusting because it will continue to sneak in under your awareness, until it doesn’t.
