Link Supports are hiring! 🎉

Link Supports are a Registered NDIS Service Provider who are also engaged with Child Protective Services.

We’re currently looking for people that have experience working within residential care settings, supporting youth with complex behaviours, have an understanding of trauma and also supporting young people in care.. Having lived experience is also really valuable within our company.

We are a Queensland based organisation and the current positions we have that are urgently needing to be filled are within the Ipswich area. However, we’re open to meeting quirky people (especially neurodivergent) that are based anywhere within Brisbane as we have opportunities to expand to different areas.

Link believe in a collaborative and holistic approach with the main focus of realistic and sustainable reunification. This involves proactively working with the family and the youth to learn and evolve without judgement.

If you are super passionate & believe in the benefits of breaking cycles, we’d love to hear from you.

MUST HAVE:

- All relevant NDIS requirements
- Australian drivers license with a registered vehicle & full comprehensive car insurance
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work or Justice, Mental Health or any equivalent
- Full availability
- Ability to commence ASAP

Experienced & compassionate support worker needed for a person with selective mutism.
Support worker must have experience in dealing with anxiety and be able to encourage someone to develop their skills in communication and enable them to look for work.

Link Supports are an open minded NDIS provider with the capacity to support more people over the Christmas and holiday period. We offer individual support, respite and STA in our beautiful Queenslander.
We are close to all the local attractions in Ipswich, Logan, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Bayside and the Sunshine Coast.
All our support workers have the following:
Police checks
Blue and yellow card
First aid
Infectious control
NDIS orientation module

Good Morning!
LiNK Supports have some really exciting news!!! The holiday season is starting to hit us at LiNK and we would like to announce some of the exciting activities we are running through out the holidays.
