We’ve all been there. You’re pushing through your sets at World Gym, but that shoulder ni**le or lower back tightness is starting to limit your range. Or maybe the stress of the work week has your traps sitting up around your ears.

Heads up all!
Life is always full of surprises, so I have moved over to world gym in Burpengary 🥰 (literally 100m’s away)

I still absolutely love and support my friends at - and as they transitioned into their next phase, it meant I had to find a new place.
