This is one of my favourite techniques to release shoulder problems. I've had particular success over the years with frozen shoulders.

Massaging all the rotator cuff's pressure-points, muscles and Sen lines (meridians), while mobilizing the arm is absolute key to release a frozen shoulder or any shoulder pain, in my personal experience.

Thai Massage Practitioner Training Intensive Course
Jul 12 – 30
Due to all the uncertainties caused by Covid, I have decided to run a small Thai Yoga Massage course (4 students in my small massage room) this coming winter.

I will take 4 students, no more no less. There will be no regular morning Yoga class (I'm sorry I don't have the space for it, in the massage room) and I will only run this course if I have 4 committed students, familiar with Yoga already, with a good body awareness, registered and paid for at least 2 months prior to commencement.

Days will be from 11am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays, for 3 the weeks.
I do love teaching small groups and giving my full attention to a few passionate people.

The technique shown in the video, I called 'Cleopatra' and It works on the trapezius and levator scap with a palm press and a thumb press, levering body weight with the forearm on the floor.

I can confirm that the October 19 - 6 November Thai Massage Practitioner Training Courses has been confirmed and it's going ahead.
I have spoken to Service NSW who said that regulations allow it and all we need to do is observe good hygiene practices. 😃

So, seen that some states are experiencing a second wave of Covid-19 and that the situation doesn't look particularly promising, for now, while we wait for things to improve and to know what will be allowed in October, I have decided to wave the early Bird expiry dates. 🤩

That means that anyone interested in the Practitioner Training of October 💆, can wait till 3 weeks prior to the course commencement to pay the course fee, which I will keep at the a early Bird 1 rate of $1999 for the whole time.

I would still like to know by the end of September who could possibly make it and who can't. But there's not much point in paying until we know for sure it can happen and that people can move freely within the country. ✈️

Please email me or call me, communicate with me in regards to your circumstances, whatever they may be.
It's still a good idea to register, by filling in the registration form, but just hold back on payment, for now.
