🪷Sound healing uses the soothing resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments to guide you into a state of deep rest and nurturing stillness.

🐴The Sanctuary is a safe place for all. All interactions are by invitation and mutual consent. Our human guests and rescue residents only ever interact if both beings feel like connecting. Even if you are hesitant around horses, you still gain enormous benefit by just being in their presence (even from indoors).

🎶Cow’s love music. And this tiny boy visibly relaxed during his crystal bowl sound bath yesterday as the vibrations stimulated his parasympathetic nervous system.

Of course all of the horses also gathered around (and so did Nutmeg and Cherry). And they wandered away as soon as beautiful Equi.librium experiences stopped playing. 💫

We’re back….Our sound and sanctuary events have returned. We’ve missed it sooo much! 💌

Next Sunday 5 Oct
we would love to invite you to restore and reset at the beautiful The Owl & The PussyCat Farm Animal Sanctuary.

Let me paint a picture for you…an afternoon filled with rescue horse connections and hugs with our VERY friendly baby goat, Cherry, warm spicy cacao, and deep rest and restoration during an hour-long sound bath.
