Recently I challenged one of my amazing clients to update her reason why and I wasn’t prepared for how far she has come with her chemical change, has your reason why changed?

My new why: Feeling light and strong lets me enjoy my days, move without pain, and live with confidence in my own skin.
I want to age powerfully, with a sharp mind, a healthy body, and decades of adventure with ###X
I want freedom from binge drinking, emotional eating, and anything that takes me away from my goals.
I stay committed because I’m proving to myself that I can set a goal and follow through.
I am becoming the woman I’m proud to be, present, strong, loving, and in control.
