A psychologist once placed two identical cars in different neighbourhoods of Mumbai.
One in Dharavi. One in Marine Drive.

The Dharavi car was stripped within hours.
The Marine Drive car sat untouched for a week.

Then he smashed one window on the Marine Drive car.

Within hours?
Destroyed.

Tires slashed.
Radio ripped out.
Completely gutted.

One broken window changed everything.

It’s called the Broken Windows Theory — and it applies to your weight loss journey too.

That one skipped workout says:
“Consistency isn’t that important.”

That 1 square of chocolate after dinner says:
“It doesn’t really count, it’s just 1 square.”

That late night scroll instead of sleep says:
“Recovery can wait.”

That “I’ll start next Monday” says:
“I tolerate my current state.”

None of these ruin your results outright.
But they compound.

They quietly lower your standards.

And your mind is always watching what you tolerate. 😳
Your nervous system is reading those signals.
Your habits are forming around them.
Your IDENTITY is being shaped by them.

Fat loss isn’t lost because of one Magnum.
It’s lost when the broken window stays unfixed.

Be honest.

We’re so focused on getting our workouts done… that we sometimes forget about the little things that matter too..

Your gym shoes carry:
✔️ Sweat
✔️ Bacteria
✔️ Dirt from outside
✔️ Odour

And those dumbbells you grab every day? They collect sweat, skin cells, and germs — especially if you train consistently.

Keeping your equipment clean isn’t just about appearance. It’s about:

Is it Hot FLUSH or Hot FLASH 🤔

Ok so here’s what I learnt in my current “Menopause Expert” coaching certification I’m studying that I thought might help you.

The term "hot flash" is more commonly used in the general vernacular. However, many women experience the "hot flash"/"hot flush" sensations for longer periods of time (6+ minutes), so several menopause experts have recommended calling it a "flush" instead of a "flash," because "flash" implies a short time ("It'll be over in a flash!").

Calling it a "hot flush" takes into account that for many women, it is not in fact over quickly. 😳

• Muscle loss from poor protein intake
• Sluggish metabolism from overeating at night
• Fried and sugary Iftars
• No movement

The negatives don’t come from fasting.

They come from what you choose to do after sunset.
