📝How it all started... I just signed up with Brett in October 2021 after coming of a very lengthy shred phase without building any muscle what so ever with my previous coach.

⏩️Fast forward to February 2022 saw great improvements and decided to compete in September 2022 in my very first comp ever.
👀Looking back on past videos/photos has been incredible for me because it reminded me how far I have come and how much I have changed both Physically and Mentally and how much stronger a person I am now in such a short time working with Brett.

🧠 I have gone from having a negative mindset to a positive one with the guidance and expertise of Brerr and the Savagenfit Method.
🤔I have built muscle in places I didn't even know I could build muscle...and I am creating shapes I never knew I could.
