Panic attacks can be triggered by the smallest thing—or sometimes with no obvious trigger at all. Symptoms can include heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, shaking, dry mouth, or even temporarily losing the ability to speak or think clearly. 😵🥵

Standard treatments often involve therapy, meditation, or psychiatric medications such as
benzodiazepines or SSRIs. While these can be supportive, they may also come with side effects and are not always enough on their own. 🥀
