Premature birth can bring unexpected challenges, but also extraordinary resilience.
To every family who’s walked this path: we see you, we honour you, and we’re here for you.

💬 “Do I need to bring my partner to the first appointment?”

Yes please— but if they can't be there for whatever reason you’re still welcome.

We’ll tailor your care to suit you (and them), wherever you’re at.

Your period is a vital sign of your health, just like your blood pressure or heart rate. Recording cycle length, flow, and symptoms in a menstruation diary can highlight what’s normal for you and when something may need checking.
Understanding your cycle is the first step to caring for your reproductive health — and we’re here to walk that path with you.

Need support? Our Cairns women’s health team is here when you’re ready.
