Looking for a female support worker for shifts in Mooloolaba for immediate start!
About you:
Must be calm, kind, and peaceful. Good communicator with a light heart and a sense of humour. Independent workers only please.
You need to be upbeat, positive, emotionally strong, mature (45 or older), female.You must be willing to learn how to support someone with complex PTSD, be very calm under pressure, and have very strong interpersonal skills. You must be kind and grounded Some training is provided.Capacity to jump in and take the odd cover would be great. Must be a team player– The support team is a small permanent team of four. You need to take an interest in things like mindfulness techniques, affirmations, yoga, Tai chi, and all things healing for the nervous system. No Aries, Gemini or Leos.
About the participant:
She is a vibrant 57-year-old woman living in Mooloolaba. She would prefer someone a bit alternative, into things like women’s groups, yoga, with holistic interests. She likes a good laugh at life.
She needs support in creating and maintaining a community for herself. She is interested in natural health and wellness and loves getting out into nature. You will need to be physically able to support her in her outdoor activities.
About the role:
Support required for Mondays (10 hours), every second Saturday, (12 hours) and every second Sunday (4hrs) You’ll need to be a bit flexible on this if there is an early appointment. The hourly rate is set at $55 per hour weekday and $75 per hour for Saturday
Immediate start after meet and greet and buddy shift.
