🔑 Persistent Back pain recovery is never a neat, straight line! Some days you’ll feel on top of the world, other days… not so much.

🔑 Setbacks? Yep — they’re part of the deal. They don’t mean you’re failing.

🔑 Flare-ups are just bumps in the road, not the end of the road.

🔑 But when you zoom out and look at the big picture, the goal is to see the trend is still upwards 📈.

🔑 The right plan gives you structure, even when things feel messy.

🔑 Without a plan, you're driving to an unknown destination without a map.

🔑 Progress is possible — and often closer than it feels in the moment!

🔑 Alrighty! If a weak core was the sole reason for most back pain, then we'd had solved the worldwide epidemic of back pain decades ago!

🔑 Because back pain isn't always a sign of weakness...

🔑 In fact, many people with strong cores may still succumb to back pain, while others with 'weak cores' have none.....

🔑 Which tells us that strength alone doesn't explain the whole picture.... 

🔑 Back pain is far more about how the body, mind, and lifestyle interact, rather than just how many bird dogs you can do or how long you can hold a plank for....

🔑 So in reality, ongoing back pain is often less about “fixing” a weakness, and more about restoring balance to how you move, live, and respond to life's stressors. 

🔑 Which means if your core strength exercise didn't really help, then there are many other 'things' to help address your back pain! How good!

*️⃣ There's a lot of rubbish out there on social media about back pain...

*️⃣ This muscle is weak, stretch this, your pelvis is out of alignment, you need to release your big toes fascia.....

*️⃣ But persistent back pain isn't a single cause issues, it's a whole system response, that deserves a whole system approach.
