We provide personalised, goal-focused support to help participants:
- Navigate and understand their NDIS plan
- Connect with suitable service providers
- Coordinate supports and build capacity for greater independence
- Prepare for plan reviews and manage any changes in their needs

Are you passionate about making a difference in the disability sector? We are seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Administration and Rostering Officer to join our growing team in Woden. This is a part-time role with flexibility, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily staff rosters and scheduling for support workers.

-Liaise with clients, families, and staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

-Handle NDIS administrative tasks including participant records, service agreements, and compliance documentation.

-Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.

-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS processes and requirements.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in NDIS administration, rostering, and scheduling.

-Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance standards.

-Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and rostering software.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Desirable:

-Previous experience in a similar role within the disability or community services sector.
