The stress you’re feeling right now is not just today’s stress.

It’s sitting on top of everything you’re still holding from the past. The grief that never moved. The seasons you survived but never processed. The things that happened that your body never got to finish responding to.

That’s why it feels like too much. That’s why sleep doesn’t fix it. That’s why the weekend off didn’t touch it.

I know this will probably feel triggering to read… good.

That’s usually where the truth is.

I still catch myself saying things like this too.

The other day I said to a friend, “I’ve accepted it will take time”

She looked at me and said, be careful what you say… or it will.

and I was like… yeah you’re so right.

Because I know better, but it still slips out.

That’s how deep this stuff runs.

Your words matter more than you think, they reinforce what your body already believes.

So if you catch yourself saying things like this…
pause and choose something different. 💜

I recorded a call with my coach today, because I could feel it was going to be a big one.

I’ve overcome so much, but I still need support.

I am still learning, growing and working towards the next best version of myself.

Which isn’t easy.

Then you add the layer of being a new mum.

Like wtf.

No one prepares you for how your goals and dreams become so much harder to reach when you’re number one priority becomes the beautiful baby you brought into this world.

But that doesn’t mean I will give up.

Not even when it feels hard or I start to doubt myself.

I will always release the pressure by seeking support from my loved ones or coach and regulating my nervous system so that I can continue evolving.

Growth isn’t always pretty, but it’s pretty damn amazing when you reach the other side.

Let this be your sign to keep going, you got this.

Conscious connected breathwork is one of the most powerful things I’ve ever experienced.

Here’s what most people don’t know: your body stores stress, emotion, and unprocessed experiences in your tissues, your muscles, your nervous system. Talking about it can help you understand it. But breathwork actually moves it.

When you breathe in a continuous circular pattern — no pause between the inhale and exhale — you bypass the thinking mind and go directly into the body. Old emotions surface. Tension releases. Things you’ve been carrying for years start to shift in a single session.

People cry. People laugh. People feel things they didn’t even know were still there. And on the other side of that release, there’s a clarity and a lightness that’s hard to describe until you’ve felt it.

I’ll be honest, I’m soooo tired at the moment.

I have very little energy to give after being a mama all day to my darling.

Especially after a week of teething.

But I will never give up on my goals.

No matter how hard it is or how long it takes.

I’ll keep showing up.

Because I want to live every day with purpose, focussing on my little family and helping women feel better within themselves.

Whatever feels heavy for you right now, just know that things can change for the better - very quickly! As long as you believe it, listen to your own needs and take action to feel how you want to feel.

Don’t give up or stay stuck, you got this! 💜

I spent 17 years thinking this was just who I was.

Anxious. Overwhelmed. Sad.

But what I didn’t realise was…

my body had just learned stress as its normal.

And the longer you stay there, the harder it feels to create change.

I’ve been working on some exciting things the past few weeks and have made some new adjustments to my offerings.
