I’m a Canberra-based creative counsellor, psychologist, artist and writer who uses creative tools to help people achieve their goals, solve problems and live to their full potential. I work with individuals and groups to help them use their often untapped creativity to work through issues, grow in self-awareness and find their passions. I aim to inspire, motivate and teach new skills to improve people’s awareness of how they are travelling through life and help them find untapped resources to apply to reaching their goals.
