Sometimes it’s just 1 person or 1 conversation that changes the whole trajectory of your life…

For me, this was a client who saw me every 4 weeks for her Brazilian wax. I was 23 at the time & working as a beauty therapist.

I had struggled with gut issues from age 12, so when the topic of gut health came up during one of our appointments, she strongly recommended I try colon hydrotherapy.

My first impression? No bloody way! 😅

4 months passed & she came in for her regular appointment. My gut issues were at their peak, and I was in so much pain & discomfort - she decided enough was enough & marched me over to the colon hydrotherapy clinic when my shift finished!

That first appointment changed everything for me. I started going 2x per week, then was able to slowly spread out the frequency to my current monthly cycle.

Because there were no colonic clinics in Canberra, I considered travelling back & forth to Melbourne/Sydney to have my regular treatments. It was at this point that I thought, “why not bring colonics to Canberra!?” And so I did!

My doors opened in 2014 & I have never once looked back 🤍

- Please take note of your appointment details at the time of booking.
- You’ll receive a reminder text 72hrs prior to your appointment.
- You’ll have 24hrs after that to make any changes.
- Changes made within 48hrs = late fees (day before: $50, day of: $100, or full service fee if appointment was confirmed)
- For Saturday bookings & same-day no-shows: a full service fee applies.

In our 10+ years of business, this is a case that we see so often! 💩

If you have diarrhoea or another form of GI upset prior to your appointment it’s common to think, “should I cancel my colonic” 🤔

But let this be a reminder that colonics aren’t just about giving your body a cleanse… they’re also about having a certified therapist assess what might be causing the irregularities or issues ☝️
