You don’t need to treat your thoughts as facts. 🧡 Cognitive defusion helps us step back and see our thoughts for what they are - just thoughts, not absolute truths. Instead of ‘I am not good enough,’ try ‘I am having the thought that I am not good enough.’ At Golden Hour Wellbeing we love exploring with clients how a little distance can make a big difference.☀️
