📍 Role includes:
• Personal care
• Manual handling & transfers
• Supporting participants with daily routines

🕒 Shift times:
• 7:00am – 11:00am
• 3:00pm – 7:00pm
• Monday to Sunday (consistent shifts available)

✅ Requirements:
• Experience with personal care & transfers
• All relevant NDIS checks (WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening)
• Reliable, compassionate and professional

.collective // Today we kicked off session 1 of our new program “NEXT GEN MEN” - redefining masculinity

Discussing how to challenge the expectations and stereotypes boys are trained to believe such as:
‘It’s weak to show emotion’
‘Harden up’
‘Don’t be a b**ch’
‘Man up’

The aim is to redefine what real strength looks like and how to become the men they truly want to be.

Proud of these boys for speaking up and sharing their stories! We look forward to being back for session 2 soon!
