Holly is a certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance and has more than 15 years of practising yoga. Holly competed a 200 hour yoga teacher training program in Bali, Indonesia in 2009. She has taught at Bali Bisa International School of Massage Therapy where she obtained a massage therapy certification licensed though the Indonesian Government. This included certification in Balinese, Swedish, Indian Head massages,Reflexology, and Shiatsu. Previously a California girl, Holly has been living in Carey Bay, Australia since 2008 and is proud to call it home. While living in NSW she has volunteered to teach yoga, serve at mediation retreats, and raise money for CF. In the last six years, she has opened her own holistic health care business.
