It’s great to be back at World Square, delivering our fourth project in the precinct.

Works have been progressing steadily since November last year, with the George Street frontage now starting to take shape.

Next up, construction of the eastern bleacher stairs will bring a functional seating space into the heart of the shopping centre!

At Southgate Shopping Centre, the team has been steadily working through some of the bigger structural changes that will make way for the next stage of the project, like the demolition of the existing squash courts.

East Sunbury Village is building strong momentum, with major progress across all five buildings.

Structural works are well advanced, with slabs and steel nearing completion. Astandout milestone - the Kingswim pool structure is complete ahead of schedule, with water testing now underway!

And if that’s not enough we also welcomed 12 Victoria University students on site, giving them a real look at a live project. A great opportunity to support the next generation coming into our industry.

Our VIC Small Works team has delivered a strong transformation at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre for The GPT Group.

Completed in a live environment, the project kept the centre trading while delivering key upgrades, including:

🏢 3,000m²+ of mall tiling and screed, plus 1,200m² of new Supawood ceilings
💡 New skylights and upgraded lighting to enhance the space
💥 Refreshed façade and entry experience.
