Most people see the fun side of what we do. The quirky flavours and formulations, the exciting launches, etc.
What they don’t really see is everything that happens behind the scenes.
Making your own products comes with its own set of unique challenges - operational headaches, machines that love to breakdown, meticulous quality assurance checks, failed product attempts, and cleaning… so much cleaning.
But honestly, we’re so grateful for it. All of it.
Because all of that work means we get to create products we’re genuinely proud of. We have the ability to create products that mean something to people. And we get to build something real from the ground up.
That part makes all of the not-so-fun moments worth it.
