Are your child’s emotions out of control, next level, scream the house down?
A dysregulated nervous system creates NOISE and I’m not just talking about the noise coming out of them.
When a child is subluxated the nervous system sends incomplete and incorrect messages about the body to the brain.
The subluxation also causes irritation to the tissues at the area of the spine, so there is an increase in the amount of messages being sent to the brain.
Thus the subluxation is driving more loud and more confused messages to the brain which creates OVERWHELM.
Think of it like trying to have a conversation with someone while your smoke alarm is going off.
As a chiropractor I don’t fix the nervous system, instead I remove subluxations which improves the body’s communication with the brain.
Calmer nervous system = calmer child

Maternal stress (stress during pregnancy) is linked to adverse birth outcomes, neurodevelopmental delays, emotional and behavioural issues and long term health risks of your unborn child.

The reason I LOVE adjusting women before and during their pregnancy is that chiropractic adjustments can reduce stress, increase relaxation, stimulate your vagal nerve (gut and immune) AND because you and your baby’s nervous system are connected via the umbilical cord they also receive all the good effects too!

Are you dreading another cold and flu season or have the viruses already started making the rounds in your house?

Did you know that the immune system is controlled by the nervous system?

If your child’s nervous system has its stress switch stuck ON the strength of their immune system goes way down. They’ll get sicker more often and for longer. Often without gaps between sickness.

Here’s the good news. Chiropractic adjustments done at the right frequency over time can turn OFF the stress switch. Your child’s nervous system will then be able to coordinate and strengthen the immune system.

So a balanced nervous system = less frequent and severe sickness’ for your kiddo.

Trauma that occurred early and often grows into the nervous system and expresses itself differently overtime:
- baby: colicky, latching issues, eczema, developmental delay
- child: allergies, behavioural and learning issues, anxiety
- teenager: depressed, anxious, demotivated

Immune-Boosting Kids’ Gummies 🌿🍓

Ingredients (makes ~20 gummies):
1 cup 100% fruit juice (orange, apple, or mixed berries) 🍊🍓
2 tbsp honey (for kids over 1 year) 🍯
2 tbsp powdered gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option) 🌱
1 drop food-grade lemon essential oil 🍋
1 drop food-grade orange essential oil 🍊
Optional: 1 drop food-grade lavender essential oil 🌸 for calming

Instructions:
Pour juice into a small saucepan over low heat (do not boil).
Whisk in gelatin or agar until fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in honey and essential oils.
Pour mixture into silicone molds 🍬.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until set.
Pop out gummies and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Tips & Safety:
Always use food-grade essential oils and 1 drop per batch—more can be too strong for children.

Never give essential oils directly—always dilute in food or carrier.

These gummies are a tasty complement, not a replacement for healthy food or medical care.
