We have some amazing athletes at Realfit. Over the last 12 weeks our Challenger Groups have been on type program.

At the start of the 12 weeks, we tested everyone on the PFT for Hyrox.

Which consists of the following ⬇️

For Time!
1000m Run
50 Burpee Broad Jumps
100 Forward Lunges
1000m Row
30 Hand Release Push Ups
100 Squat Press

As you see, the guys smashed there previous times!

💥Kylie 34.38 ➡️ 29.47
💥Kevin 40.30 ➡️ 38.30
💥 Natalie 26.33 ➡️ 24.57

These results come from consistent hard work and we can't more prouder of the group.
