GYM VERSION:

10 x Dumbbell Goblet Squats
10 x Dumbbell Rows (per side)
10 x Push-Ups (or Incline Push-Ups)
20 x Dead Bugs (10 per side)

AT-HOME VERSION:

12 x Bodyweight Squats
12 x Glute Bridges
