That little voice can creep in, telling you you're too slow and asking what the point is.

But the point is this: a slow bike ride is a massive victory over no bike ride at all. Every single time.

It's about showing up for yourself. Itโ€™s about the sheer determination it takes to get on the bike and just go.

Every pedal stroke is a win. It's building strength and proving that you're committed to this journey, no matter the pace.

The speed doesn't matter. The effort is what changes you. The consistency is what builds momentum.

So forget the comparisons. The simple, powerful act of getting out here and moving your body is the only thing that truly counts. You're doing it.
