✨MEET OUR NEWEST TEAM MEMBER — JESSICA! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Jessica, an experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about providing trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming care that centres the voices of children and their families. 💛

Jess brings warmth, compassion and a playful curiosity to her work, supporting kids from toddlers to teens through an approach that understands the whole ecosystem of the child — collaborating closely with families, carers and educators to co-design meaningful, individualised supports. 🌱

With 18 years of experience across Not-for-Profit and Government sectors, Jess’s work has always focused on empowering children, young people and their families.
She’s also a big believer in the power of animal-assisted therapy, and we’re thrilled to welcome her four-legged teammate, Alphonse 🐾 — a high-energy, loveable labradoodle whose joy and enthusiasm bring an extra sparkle to sessions! :sparkles:
When she’s not diving into research, Jess loves long dog adventures, video games and chatting all things anime with young people who share her interests. 🐶🎮

Through Animal Assisted Therapy, therapy dogs support children in building confidence, reducing anxiety, and making communication feel safe and fun.

Because sometimes, the biggest breakthroughs start with a paw, a cuddle, and a whole lot of love. 🐶💛
