Breath is so important in all Pilates exercises. As you breathe in, you expand your lungs, inflate them like big balloons. As you exhale, you draw in your core/like zipping up some tight jeans, that sucking up feeling. Pilates is not about how fast you do the move but how controlled you can do it.

5 common myths about Pilates that a lot of people have. 1. Pilates is easy. 2. Pilates isn't a real work out. 3. You can't injure yourself in Pilates. 4. Reformer Pilates is harder than mat Pilates. 5. Pilates is the fast track to a six pack. What are you waiting for? There is no time like the present, choose you, choose your health, fitness, strength. Today is no better day to start than today on your fitness/health journey. All progress is an achievement for you, is proof you are doing the work. Nothing happens over night but will persistence and consistency, change does happen. Mat Pilates can be not too difficult or it can be as challenging as you would like. It is so beneficial and you can see great results from such simple exercises. I believe in building a stable foundation first and teach you how to do the foundational exercises properly before we challenge you further. You will achieve more when you learn to work with your core, glutes and proper techniques. Don't wait for a better time to invest in you, there will never be the right time to start, but once you start it's hard to stop x

Pilates is for everyone, it can be tailored to each and everyone's needs. Once you start Pilates it's hard to stop. One would say it's life changing. Pilates has so many benefits I've just named 6.
