As we were at seventeen,

Changing what we might have been.

On this journey, regret holds no place,
As, we can never, turn back time,
Each choice we made, shaped the path we trod,
And every mountain we had to climb.

So be content with the process,
That's unfolding through each new day,
And be proud of the person you're becoming,
As you allow faith to lead the way ..

Sometimes our animal companions remind us that life isn’t meant to be so serious, it’s meant to shimmer and glitter a little.

When your cat (or any soul friend) calls for fairy dust, they are asking you to lift the energy, to bring back the sparkle, to let joy and magic dance through your life again.
Fairy dust is the energy of lightness, laughter, and possibility, it’s what clears away the heaviness and invites in pure love and wonder.
Today, take a moment to play, to smile, to imagine tiny flecks of light swirling around you both. Feel that shift, the sparkle and energy returning.

I have been working with some animals recently who have reminded me of the importance of grounding.
They remind us of what we forget, to come back to the Earth.
When your fur baby seeks dirt, grass, or soil, they’re not just exploring, they’re grounding. They’re reconnecting to the steady heartbeat of Mother Earth, releasing what no longer serves, and drawing in calm, balanced energy.

They find as much peace in the soil as we do. We too can anchor ourselves by pausing, breathing, and letting the Earth hold us for a moment.
Take a few quiet minutes outside today. Feel your feet or hands on the ground. Let your energy settle. You’ll be amazed how quickly balance returns, for both you and your animal.

Ground.
Breathe.
Reconnect.
The Earth is waiting to hold you

As I think of two beautiful families who have said “farewell for now” to their beloved furbabies over the past couple of weeks, I felt this message was so fitting. 💞

Please remember they are never truly far away. Their physical bodies may have gone, but their souls continue to dance around you, especially in the moments you need them most.

Invite them to visit you in a dream, or ask for a sign that they’re near a feather, a feeling, a whisper in the breeze. You’ll know when they’re with you. 🪶

If you’ve recently said goodbye to your furbaby, or that time is drawing near, know that I’m holding you in my heart and sending you love, comfort, and peace.
