वैदिक कैलेंडर को भूलकर, भारत में नया साल चैत्र प्रतिपदा से शुरू होता है। 1. चैत्र 2. वैशाख 3. ज्येष्ठ 4. आषाढ़ 5. श्रावण 6. भाद्रपद 7. अश्विन 8. कार्तिक 9. राहुकाल 10. पौष 11. माघ 12. फाल्गुन चैत्र महीना हमारा पहला महीना है, हम चैत्र महीने के सूखे हिस्से को नया साल मानते हैं। चैत्र मास इंग्लिश कैलेंडर के हिसाब से मार्च-अप्रैल में आता है। चैत्र के बाद वैशाख महीना आता है जो अप्रैल-मई के बीच में आता है। इसी तरह बाकी महीने आते हैं। फाल्गुन मास हमारा आखिरी मास है जो फरवरी-मार्च में आता है। साल फाल्गुन की आखिरी तारीख से खत्म होता है, फिर अगले साल चैत्र महीने का रिज्यूमे शुरू होता है जिससे नया साल शुरू होता है। हमारे पूरे वैदिक महीने (महीने) के नाम 28 में से 12 सितारों के नाम पर रखे गए हैं। जिस महीने में पूर्णिमा होती है, उसका नाम उसी तारे के नाम पर रखा जाता है जिस पर चाँद होता है।

2. वैशाख नक्षत्र से वैशाख मास

3. ज्येष्ठा नक्षत्र से ज्येष्ठ मास

4. पूर्वाषाढ़ा या उत्तराषाढ़ा से आषाढ़

5. श्रवण नक्षत्र से श्रावण मास

6. पूर्वाभाद्रपद या उत्तराभाद्रपद से भाद्रपद

7. अश्विनी नक्षत्र से आश्विन मास

8. कृतिका नक्षत्र से कार्तिक मास

9. मार्गशीर्ष नक्षत्र से मार्गशीर्ष मास

10. पुष्य नक्षत्र से पौष मास

11. माघ महीने से माघ महीने

12. पूर्वाफाल्गुनी या उत्तराफाल्गुनी से फाल्गुन मास

Chaitra month is our first month, we consider the dry side of Chaitra month as new year.

Chaitra Mass comes in March-April according to English calendar,

After Chaitra comes Vaishakh month which comes in mid April-May,

Just like that the rest of the months come.

Falgun Mass is our last Mass that comes Feb-March,

The year ends with the last date of Falgun, then next year the resume of Chaitra month begins with which the new year begins.

Our entire Vedic month (month) has been named after 12 out of 28 stars.

The month on which the full moon is named after the same star on which the moon is on.

A large new study involving nearly 100,000 people has found that frequent use of short-form videos on infinite-scroll platforms is linked to weaker thinking skills and poorer emotional health.

Heavy users showed lower attention, reduced self-control, and weaker basic reasoning, along with higher levels of anxiety, stress, and depression.

Researchers say constant exposure to fast, highly stimulating content may make it harder for the brain to handle slower tasks like reading or problem-solving. While the study shows a link and not direct cause, scientists warn that excessive short-form video use could contribute to long-term cognitive decline.
