It was a long journey to finding feng shui which turned out to be a means to finding healing......

I didn’t come to feng shui because I wanted a beautiful home. I came to it because I was struggling,  a lot,  with grief, overwhelm, family life and feeling stuck. What surprised me was how changing my home changed me .

There will be cake today.
There is always birthday cake.
As today we celebrate our Claire Bear's birthday
And reflect on our journey through parenthood
With every fibre of my being I wish it had been different and that you stayed with us
And equally how grateful I am for all that we learnt, the many pathways you lead us to and through, the 100s of people we have met & loved because of you

And still, every day we miss you
And wonder what might have been

Essential oils are a superb tool for helping to manage the harmonic balance within your home, and yourself for that matter.

Diffuse them in the home
Use them in massage oil or hand cream
Make a spritz to use as required - into the room or all over you
Just open the bottle and drink in the scent

There are lots of ways to tap into the aroma therapy of good quality essential oils. And the bonus is the more you connect to the scent the more your body responds to them.

I didn’t find feng shui because I was looking for a new career.
I found it because I was struggling.
Grief, depression, family life, work — everything felt heavy & down right hard; even with support around me.

What surprised me was this: when I changed my home, I began to change too.

Arrgghhh feels so stuffy & stagnant!!
It's impossible to breathe!

Is this a room in your house?

Here is a 2 minute challenge for you....

Get in there and clap your hands
Clap them in any rhythm
Clap them up high
Clap them down low
Clap them into the corners
Clap them around the furniture

Creating movement of air = moving chi

Oh, yes, and (if you have another 2 minutes) also...
✔️open the windows
✔️remove at least 1 items from there that don't belong
✔️take at least 1 item that is no longer required at all

Lack of movement
Too much stuff
= stuffy and stagnant

I recently worked with a long time client - on their 5th property.

A work from home employee & business owner.
I suggested business would be better if it was operated from the room that was being used as the main bedroom,
and asked might they be up for that switch?

Received a message later that afternoon so say the switch was complete........

Feedback received today about that switch is that she is gaining momentum

Makes sense. The move took her to the Southeast direction (Abundance) & into Flying Star energy that is all about learning and money rather than money & illness for the Mother!
