A new place of worship was recently completed in Baldivis for the Samoan Indepentant Seventh Day Adventist Church (SISDAC).

The project was built by Alita Constructions and features an 840m² church hall, 1150m² sports hall and a Pastors residence.

Construction of the new Medical Centre on Council Avenue, Rockingham was recently completed by Tooltime Construction.

The building features an 650m2 Medical Centre, and two commercial office suites and was designed to integrate with the existing Professional Centre on the site.

We are pleased to announce that the new Byford & Districts Country Club facility has recently been completed by Alita Constructions for the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale.

The facility includes a 12 rink covered bowling green, competition pool room, bar, commercial kitchen & function areas, sports lounge, & meeting rooms. The Department of Health Home & Community Care (HACC) program will also be operating a training kitchen as well as an office and activity room to provide support to the local aged or disabled community.
