This change helps more people access care when needed. Call (02) 6602 9780 to check same-day availability.

Visit a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic or other urgent care service for minor cuts, burns, sprains, back pain, infections, UTIs, STIs, rashes, and insect bites.

• 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Level One, Specialist Medical Centre 343-345 Pacific Highway Coffs Harbour, NSW
• 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: Medicare bulk billed, no out of pocket cost for Medicare card holders

Everyone is triaged on arrival. If the clinic reaches capacity, they may direct you to another health service.

Medicare UCCs will refer you to the emergency department if you have a life-threatening injury or illness, or to your GP for non-urgent, routine, and preventative health care.

🎉 Celebrating One Year of the Coffs Harbour Medicare Urgent Care Clinic! 🎉

December marks a significant milestone for our community as we celebrate the first anniversary of the Coffs Harbour Medicare Urgent Care Clinic. Over the past year, we've had the privilege of seeing close to 10,000 patients, providing essential care to our community when they needed it most.

Our dedicated team has been here for you, offering bulk-billed, walk-in care for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions, including:

- Minor infections
- Minor fractures, sprains, and sports injuries
- Sudden onset neck or back pain
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Minor cuts
- Insect bites and rashes
- Minor eye and ear infections
- Respiratory illnesses
- Gastroenteritis
- Mild burns

This service allows patients to access timely healthcare, ensuring they receive the attention and treatment they need without delay.
