Colac Community Mental Health Team are available Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) at 1300 763 254.

If you’re aged 12-15, or need help after hours or on public holidays, the Barwon Health Child & Youth Triage Service is just a call away at 1300 094 187.

In case of emergency or urgent mental health support, don’t hesitate to reach out to emergency services at 000 or call

Lifeline at 13 11 14,
or the Su***de Call Back Service at 1300 659 467.

Who says we only talk about the link between exercise and good mental health? 😌💪 The headspace crew has been out here WALKING the walk (literally). Walk the Walk, Run for Geelong, Beyond Blue marathons…. we’ve basically become part-time athletes 😂🏃‍♂️💚
