📢 Important clarification regarding a recent 1-star review
Dear friends and clients,
We’ve recently received a 1-star review under the name Jane E. However, our internal records show that the actual appointment on April 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM was booked under a different name: Naomi Sutton.
✔️ The scheduled lymphatic massage was delivered as confirmed in our booking system.
📞 We attempted to call the client the next day to understand the concern, but they refused to communicate.
❓ As the reviewer’s name does not match the booking, we respectfully believe this may not be a valid or accurate review.
📤 We have submitted a formal appeal to Google with full documentation.
