Six-Minute Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Journey | Harmonic Intervals & Elemental Resonance
This short sound piece was recorded using seven crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, arranged not as a chakra sequence, but as a harmonic system.
The session opens with the perfect fifth, an interval found naturally in the harmonic series and recognised by the nervous system as spacious and orienting. From there, other intervals are introduced, each relating back to a central Earth tone and expressing elemental qualities - earth, water, fire, air, and the space in which they interact.
This approach is informed by my studies in the Biosonics tradition, including direct training with John Beaulieu, where sound is understood as relationship, resonance, and organisation rather than activation.
Rather than directing or activating, the sound creates a field of harmonic coherence, allowing the body and nervous system to organise themselves through resonance and rhythm.
