Women of the Noosa shire! Have you heard about Noosa Councils Strength Sisters program?

Strength sisters is a FREE program for women ages 14+ to learn how to use a gym and learn the best exercises
We are offering this program at Anytime Fitness Cooroy for the month of June

1 x group per week for 4 weeks for 60 mins

Groups are broken into age groups to work on different areas that are specific to your age

1. 14-18 year olds
2. 19-25 year olds
3. 26-50 year olds
4. 51-70 year olds
5. 70+ years

Learn anything from how to use gym equipment, to pelvic floor exercises, mobility and balance and how to design an effective exercise program!! All free thanks to Noosa Council Strength Sisters Program

Classes are held on Monday and Fridays at various times

Monday 10am for 70+
Monday 11am for 51-70 years
Friday 3pm for 14-18
Friday 4pm for 26-50
Friday 5pm for 19-25

Welcome to the team Lisa!! Lisa Polowyj is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist dedicated to enhancing the lives of her clients through health and fitness. After a rewarding career as a Chef, Lisa decided to pivot her path, earning a bachelor’s degree in clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Lisa has a lifelong passion for sports and wellness, including over ten years of competitive experience and three years of coaching Olympic weightlifting, Lisa possesses a thorough understanding of physical performance and is committed to helping her clients achieve their long-term health goals.
Known for her easy-going and friendly nature, Lisa is enthusiastic about patient education and motivation. We are thrilled to have Lisa part of the Mind and Motion Team
