The Christmas season can be a majorly stressful time for so many of us. Family coming in from out of town, or maybe you're travelling with kids. We've all got over tired and over excited children. There are way too many things to buy, food to prepare, decorations to hang, presents to wrap, family obligations, the list goes on.
For some people, Christmas can be a time of great sadness, as it can serve as a reminder of the people who we love most that are no longer with us.
Yes, Christmas is a time of joy, spent with family and friends, but the organising and logistics alone can leave you feeling overwhelmed and drained and questioning whether or not it's all worth it.
