And these roles don’t have to be like this, you can still be all that and more but come from an empowered position so that it serves you as well as others and that’s what Own Your Power- She Rises is all about.

A 7 week guided journey of getting out of your own way and taking back your power through disempowering your shadow self – fear, guilt, obligation, doubt, trauma and coming back to your soul- unconditional love, clarity, confidence, empowerment, truth, peace and trust.

Connect with your soul, your true essence and start embodying her in your everyday life- that’s true power and freedom and it available to you this Own Your Power- She Rises.

If you want to transform your life, its not ever going to happen and be sustainable without your soul on board, in the drivers seat. For those of you who may be lost, directionless, no purpose or joy, its because you aren’t connected to your soul. For those of you who are conflicted in your daily life such as “I have these plans and I want to do this but… “you get in your own way, that’s because you’re not fully connected to your soul and your shadow self is still in the driver seat.

What’s your shadow self? It’s the part of you that was created from and responds to fear, trauma, guilt, obligation, expectation and when you give into that side of yourself, you keep yourself stuck in these loops and don’t advance in life, in fact life can be very draining. In Own Your Power- She Rises, you are guided to clear this and come back to your empowered soul.

Happy News Eve Beautiful Souls. For many of you, including myself this has been an extremely challenging year which showed us our strength.

And if you literally feel like you fell over the line, well congratulations- YOU MADE IT and when you wake up tomorrow, its not only a new day, its a new year!

Bring on 2026, not just the year of the fire horse, the year you ride that horse home to freedom and empowerment. Giddy up!

Great, fantastic so what are you going to do in the new year to bring forward the "new you"? I'm sure I don't need to remind you that intention will only take you so far with that plan, you need to take action to achieve that. And are you really seeking to become a "New" version of yourself or just the real you, fully empowered and standing in your power. The real you is pretty amazing btw, you may have just disconnected, lost touch with her but she is still there, in you and she knows the path.
