Amazing Life Health & Wellness Life is not a dress rehearsal, we are given just one, so live it to the max & make it an amazing one.

I was fortunate to be born to parents who nurtured us with good healthy food. My father was an advocate for healthy food whilst my Mum instilled a passion for good home cooked meals & encouraged us to cook from an early age. My name is Wendy Russell & I am proud to announce my new role as founder & owner of Amazing Life Health & Wellness. I am a health coach & nutritional advisor & am excited to be working with clients seeking to improve their health & well-being through clean nutritional eating. With extensive experience in the food industry, I am also a qualified trainer & meditation instructor. I am a passionate advocate of supporting our farmers locally & keeping families on the farms, to produce environmentally friendly sustainable foods in our own country. I believe in the 100 mile food movement & the benefits of sourcing foods locally & less traveled.
