✨ What a year it’s been… ✨
I stepped into January carrying severe burnout from the year before — mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted.
Going into 2025, I made a quiet but powerful promise to myself, to truly look after me — my health, my wellbeing, and my spirit.
This past year hasn’t been easy. Growth came through the hard moments, the uncomfortable ones, and the times where staying positive didn’t come naturally at all. What did help was being lucky enough to work with a mindset coach — guidance that challenged my thinking, helped me reframe old patterns, and slowly transform the way I speak to myself. It wasn’t instant or perfect, but it was powerful.
Health and fitness became a focus again, with a big emphasis on weight training, nourishing my body better, and showing up consistently — even on the days motivation was low.
As a mum of three, I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve achieved. Dropping 10kg, building strength, toning up, and feeling more connected to my body than I have in years isn’t just about how I look — it’s about how I feel. Stronger. Clearer. More aligned.
What I never expected was the ripple effect. The kindness, encouragement, and beautiful words from other women along the way have deeply touched my heart. I never set out to inspire anyone — I was simply trying to heal and find my way forward. Knowing that my journey has encouraged others reminds me just how powerful honesty and consistency can be.
Here’s to choosing yourself, even when it’s hard.
