Very interesting information about knee injuries for some of my patients.

Imagine you’re 40-years old, 45-minutes into a bush walk and you stumble on a small rock and feel some pain in your knee. The rest of the afternoon you notice a mild ache at the front of your knee, so ice it up and get on with things.
