Yesterday was truly about to the beautiful women that joined and I on . A nervous system reset designed by women for women to gain a deeper understanding of how the nervous system supports us, followed by practices we can do to actually support it - Qigong to release tension , embody & create balanced energy, accompanied by gentle breath, meditation, and the most soothing sound bath by Emma - her skill and beauty really resonated through the room. Completed with gorgeous flowers by Lea . All held in the warm , calm cocoon of .
Can’t wait for our follow up session tonight.

This is an opportunity to honour yourself & other women on International womens day. Created by women, for women in support of the theme .
In today’s world where we are often juggling multiple priorities, and not always recognised equally in terms of gender , it is important to not only maintain wellbeing but experience ways to reset the nervous system , improve sleep, and make way for enhancing vitality .
This experience will commence with a gentle Qigong session to release tension , cultivate then balance your energy, leading into a calming meditation and soothing sound bath ritual by Emma Lagerlow.
No pressure. Just presence. Let the day fall away and return to yourself. Begin your reset in person on Sunday 8 March, 3–5pm at True Woo Wellness Studio. For those wanting continued support, enjoy a bonus online Qigong session from the comfort of home on Monday 9 March designed to support sleep. Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water.

NEW NAME COMING:
There are only a couple of things certain in life - we are born , we will one day leave this earth in some form , and there is much change in between . I am gratefully in the middle part ; learning , growing , also being guided by the universe.
Whilst the work of a doula will always be an important part of my life , many of you would know that a couple of years ago a job opportunity came up in another area that has been a lifelong passion for me - mental health . Since then my small business focus & energy has moved to supporting people with mindfulness - the mental health of my community, including you, is very important. To be more aware , present , and calm.
You my beautiful followers are also in between, so harmony between body , mind, and spirit will only make life for you and those around you more fulfilling . This is where teaching Qigong also comes in - a moving meditation to release tension , cultivate and balance energy between the mind , body, spirit .
So for these reasons I am changing my name to
A Mindful Movement.
This better reflects what I actually offer , and is also more aligned with other areas of my life - work , family , friendships .

My heart is full, and soul expanded after running the final open class & book club for 2025.
Thankyou to my regular customers who show up for my classes and themselves; and for the new people who join along the way, curious to explore something new but nourishing.
To all of book club we are so lucky to have created such a non judgemental space to share views and learnings and ideas.
Thankyou to for the beautiful container you hold us in - the rooms , facilities , community .
Whilst I take a pause I will be working on something exciting - my website. Also to be present for the joys and silliness of the Christmas season.
Embrace the next couple of months, remember to breath , and I’ll be back running classes in early 2026 ; 🌻
