GIRLS GONE STRONG is back again tomorrow!

And with feedback like ‘thanks for creating such a lovely space for girls to feel fantastic about themselves’ we are PUMPED to deliver a top notch session again for the young ladies in our Community!

Girls Gone Strong is a fun and all inclusive fitness class that covers:
🏋🏼‍♀️age appropriate movement patterns and loads
🏋🏼‍♀️some cardiovascular activity, and
🏋🏼‍♀️factors in getting familiar with the machines and equipment, and the gym space itself!

And GUESS WHAT?

A very generous Community Member has covered the cost of 2 spaces in the class, for any young lady that would love to come but may have trouble with the entry fee!
Please DM us if you would like to access one of these passes!
Don’t let the entry fee be the thing that holds you back from having a go!
