WHAT TO BRING/WEAR?
✅A gym towel or mat
✅ Hydration of choice
✅ Comfortable running shoes
✅ Hat/sun protection
✅ Swimwear
✅ *Cash or card for a coffee at Rosie's

Let's play a game.

Let's close our mind off to allllll the noise out there right now about weight loss drugs, quick fixes, snake oils and even bio-hacking.

Let's take it back to an earlier time when real food was real food, and daily movement including laborious jobs, were the norm.

Grandma didn't hack her biology

Grandma didn't shoot up to lose weight

Grandma didn't sling through the KFC drive thru 3 times a week

Grandma didn't have a cupboard full of supplements

Grandma didn't hide in a dark room gaming the daylight away

👉What DID Grandma do?

She ate real food.

Hell, she even GREW it.

Grandma could HEAR her body when it told her it was full.

Grandma didn't over-consume.

Grandma ate gelatinous cuts of meat, offal and dairy, root vegetables and lots of butter.

Grandma moved her body throughout the day, in all planes of motion for various chores.

Grandma got REAL light, from the SUN.

Here's the delectable snack that our Nutrition Coaching clients' are swapping stories about this week:

✨CHOCOLATE & STRAWBERRY YOGHURT BARK✨

It's too good not to share, so here's the recipe!

🥄 1 cup Chobani non fat greek yoghurt
🥄1/2tsp vanilla extract
🥄 10 ml pure maple syrup
🥄 10g Lindt 70% dark chocolate
🥄 3/4 cup strawberries
🥄1/2 tsp coconut oil

🥄 Mix yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup together and spread into a lined lamington tin or pyrex dish , about 1/2cm thick
🥄 Slice the strawberries and place them evenly on the yoghurt
🥄 Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, and drizzle on top
🥄 Freeze for at leat 4 hours before breaking into pieces and enjoying!

Heather is opening up a second clinic day, therefore as of Sept 1st, appointments will be available on Mondays and Tuesdays weekly.

Heather is a registered Psychologist and local mum. She supports children, adolescents, and adults. Her approach is gentle, trauma-informed and grounded in evidence based care.

Sessions with Heather are available in-person, or via Telehealth. and she welcomes Medicare, self managed or plan managed NDIS clients, and private referrals.
