🍁🕊️Ceremony and Ritual crafting

This offering has been quietly re-emerging.

Shaped by my own season of change, navigating menopause, grieving my mum, and listening more deeply to what life has been asking of me, I’ve felt called to reinvigorate this work.

For full and new moons, women’s rites of passage, grief, and significant life transitions, I now offer private, bespoke ceremonies grounded in Green Witch herbalism and solitarian Wheel of the Year practices. Each is held within nature-based spirituality, working gently with the elements to honour change, healing, and renewal.

This is work I return to not from theory, but from lived experience.
A quiet, intentional space for what is ending, what is shifting, and what is beginning.

In person at my Pickers Hut, an ol mini apple shed or virtually.

It’s not about “new year, new you.”
Honestly… that idea is a bit of a furfy!

You’ll see the ads everywhere - lose weight, take the supplement, drink the tonic, fix yourself.

But real health and wellbeing isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about doing the things we love. The things that help us feel steady, connected, and at home in ourselves.

You are enough.
Now.
Always have been. Always will be.

With that in mind, I’ve refreshed my Yoga and Meditation offerings.
They now include immersive experiences here on my property in Tasmania, Lymington, just 7 minutes from Cygnet - gentle spaces to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

🙏✨ My Evolution, With Gratitude ✨🙏

As I look back over the past eleven years, my heart softens with gratitude.

Sundara Yoga began in the community hall, offering free classes from a place of service. After nine months, the community manager shared their feedback: “We love the stretching… maybe a little less of the spiritual side?” Waaaaaat😂😝 (it is yoga not a stretch class 🙌)

Instead of discouraging me, it encouraged me to stay true to my path, to honour the deeper layers of yoga and to trust that the right people would be drawn to the work I was meant to offer.

That guidance led me into my garden studio in Bluewater. It became a gentle, sacred space for small group classes, workshops, full moon meditations and retreats. Those gatherings held so much wisdom, connection and transformation. They shaped my teaching and softened my heart.

Now in 2025, after a complete rebuild of life, Nicole Wood Wellness has been reborn. A full circle moment. A return to purpose. A new beginning rooted in everything I have learned along the way.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for your presence, your feedback, your trust and your willingness to grow with me. Your support has carried me, challenged me, inspired me and reminded me of why I do this work.

Here’s to the path that led us here, the community that held us and the next chapter we step into together. Let me know if this reasonates sisters

✨Beltane✨Even though this season is meant to stir us to loosen the fibres of our being, like being naked and uninhibited in embracing love and life, the wounding and grief is still ever present

As the trees release a dusting of yellow sprinkles of pollen, wild flowers bloom and baby chicks whisper a bird song, we are on the edge of a stiring.

Something delicious in an untamed fertile life force - but for me this Beltane is a container that holds the mourning of a life that is not yet passed.

Today I plunged into the wild waters of the estuary and ocean, letting the cold awaken every cell. Morning light, afternoon tide, and the quiet reminder from the blooms in my garden: new life is stirring, even beneath the surface.

Ostara is the threshold, halfway between winter’s stillness and spring’s renewal. A time to honour beginnings, to listen deeply, and to plant intentions that will grow with the season.

(And also, today I choose love. The love of wild Scotsman, too much tugging to not listen)

Accepting you as you are, your wonderful empowered self is what Yoga has taught me. Being grateful to always be a student, be open to new experiences, walking this earth with an open heart and a happy body are just one of the gifts that purity of thought and a kind heart can bring. Sundara Yoga is beyond the physical shell of asana as I guide you to learn to explore the deeper parts of yourself. Learning to relax and realising that you are perfect the way you are - there is no perfect way to look in Asana - it is your perfect way - we allow you the space, and time to feel without judge. You will be provided with a safe, nourishing and grounded foundational practice which will leave you light, feeling the bliss and deeply relaxed. Yet sisters, if you are seeking an advanced physical practice with a focus upon asana alone then you may be disappointed.

Our Virtual Yoga Studio offers weekly terms classes classes with some casual offerings in Yin, Meditation and Hatha Flow, as well as providing spiritual growth and feminine alchemy mentoring in signature 1:1 programs designed to elevate your purpose, keep you aligned and divinely in flow with your feminine nature.

Delivered from the safety and comfort of your own home. Via Zoom live streaming. Its easy as that and I guide you through the tech. Most classes in QLD Eastern time. 1:1 Private Programs are completely flexible and is delivered person and time zone appropriate.
