What is Reiki?

Reiki (meaning Universal Life Force Energy) is a holistic, non-invasive, energy healing practice which aims to balance and harmonise the body’s natural healing abilities by flushing out old, stagnant energy within the body.

When receiving Reiki, the practitioner will channel Reiki energy through the crown of their head, down to their heart chakra, and into the palms of their hands.
