She is a published author and host of the podcast Shine the Spotlight: Health & Business, where she explores invisible health, leadership, identity, and sustainable success. Her clinical work focuses on invisible conditions, eating disorders, women’s health, neurodivergence, and persistent neurological conditions including hypermobility/Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, fibromyalgia, POTS, complex regional pain syndrome, and functional neurological disorders. She is a credentialed eating disorder clinician, provides psychological assessment for ADHD, autism, and cognition, and works from a neurobiological, holistic framework to support sustainable recovery.
